Learning To Be A Christian
An Introduction to the New Anglican Catechism
As we’ve seen from the Book of Judges, it is all too easy to forget the Lord and his goodness. It is the job of catechesis (a fancy word for formal instruction in the faith) to help us all not forget.
Starting this Sunday, this four-week learning series – meeting each Sunday from April 3rd to 24th from 9:15–10:00am in the Family Room – will offer an introduction to the new Anglican Catechism. Learning To Be a Christian, will present the Christian faith in a series of simple and straightforward questions and answers, all grounded in Scripture.
Whether you’re a new Christian just trying to wrap your head around the basics or a long-time believer looking to return to fundamentals, teach your kids, or speak confidently about Christ to others, this will be a great way to dig into this valuable resource.
Copies of To Be A Christian: An Anglican Catechism are available at the church office.
