We have been praying for some time that God would raise up missionaries within our church. We are beginning to see signs of God answering that prayer. Anna O’Drowsky, a young woman who has grown up at St. George’s, has felt called to join a team headed to El Papalote, Mexico this February.
Anna’s team will be joining Northern Light missionaries they share the love of Jesus to the indigenous people of Mexico. They will be leading Christian programs for children, youth and families, as well as helping with community housing and clean-up projects.

How We Participate
Anna has been a part of St. George’s since she was a small child. She is one of our own. As her church-family, let’s participate in what God is doing through her life. We will be raising financial support for Anna’s mission. Remember that when you give you are not just writing a cheque – you are partnering in the Gospel (Phil 1:5). Let’s also lift up Anna and this trip in prayer. Let’s pray that the Lord uses Anna and her team powerfully, as they share the love of Jesus with the indigenous people of Mexico.

We will also be taking an offering for Anna on Sunday January 13th, if you’d like to give by cheque or cash.
