God is the One who has redeemed your life from the pit, and purchased your life out of slavery. We become truly thankful when we realize that God has crowned us with His steadfast love. He sets His unwavering commitment to love us forever upon our foreheads like a crown. We can walk around all day with that kind of love upon us.
Removed sin makes us thankful because it removes the barrier to our truest source of joy; we can come boldly before the God of the Universe.
The Lord God of Heaven and Earth is both good and strong. His throne is established forever and He is a merciful God who loves you. When you know God and who He is, it will make you truly thankful.
