Hi. Just wanted to let you know how Blair and Joe are doing. Shirley( Blair’s Mom) and I arrived at 8:15am via Go Train. Blair was in his room with Ray David.( our pastor) Ray David, had just come up 10 min prior from seeing Joe off to surgery. Blair was taken down to Pre-op, where we waited a little over an hour while nurses and assistants spoke with him. We were told Joe was moving along well, and they took Blair to surgery at 10:50am. Shirley, myself and Blair were all happy and at peace. Just waiting til they are finished. Blair’s surgeon doesn’t like to give “updates” as the surgery carries out. He said, he has a job to do, and no news is good news. I’ll see him and his assistants when he’s finished. I| am happy about that. I think i would be more nervous being led along, then just trusting they are concentrating on doing what they need to do. I feel confident and at ease that he is in the right hands.
